Registering your Froment Products

If you have decided purchase Sigma PC software as a means of control for your dynamometer. Once you receive your Froment Sigma PC software, you will be required to register the software. During the set-up process, you must contact Froment to register the Sigma PC software in order for it to work.

As part of registering, a sales representative will prompt you to supply information such as company name, address, phone number and email address. It is required to provide this information to register your Sigma PC system. The Sigma system will then establish a unique alpha-numeric identification number which we supply to the customer.

We collect: your name, company name, address, phone number and email address.

Why: We collect this information to help get your Froment Product working securely (which helps prevent unauthorised access to your Froment Products.

Using Froment Products

There is one reason we collect information from your Froment Products: to offer you control over your Froment Sigma PC System.

Functional Data:

This data is absolutely necessary for your Froment Product to perform its basic functions in a secure way and you will not be able to opt out from this data collection, sharing and/or processing if you want to continue to use your Froment Products.

We collect:

Registration data. This data includes your email address, location, language preference, Product serial number.

System data. This data includes things like Product type, operating system and software version.

Why we collect Functional Data: We collect this information to help ensure that your Products are working properly, to provide you with customer support and to guide product improvement and customer support decisions.
